Delivery Information

We understand that when it comes to ordering and having furniture delivered, it can sometimes be a stressful experience. We want to reassure our customers that we are committed to providing the same level of care in delivering your item that we have put into making it. At Bella Blu Design, we are pleased to offer free delivery with onsite assembly within mainland United Kingdom* using our own delivery team and vehicles. This guarantees your new furniture is assembled correctly with care.

Our delivery service:

  • Contact by customer service team once item is ready for dispatch
  • Choice of delivery dates and time slots
  • Contact by delivery team approximately 1 hour prior to delivery
  • Furniture item(s) delivered and fully assembled onsite
  • Full inspection of item(s)
  • Remove any packaging for recycling
  • Completion of delivery process
  • Customer satisfaction survey

Every item of furniture is listed with full measurements (width, height and depth) on the individual product descriptions. Before placing your order, please ensure you have accurately measured the space you wish to place your new furniture. Please check that the furniture can be delivered successfully to your desired area, and verify that any access doors, stairways, or passageways are wide enough. If our delivery team are unable to deliver on your agreed date due to reasons beyond our control, a redelivery charge may be applicable.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

We are pleased to offer delivery outside of the United Kingdom. However please be aware this is subject to location and the availability of service, accessibility, local customs costs and regulations, transport mode and shipment size.

*Mainland UK includes England, Wales and Scotland; however please be aware that deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and surrounding islands may incur additional delivery costs, depending on location and order size. Once your order has been placed, a member of our customer team will be in touch to discuss your order and organise a convenient date for delivery. For locations outside the inclusive areas as indicated above, we will provide an estimate for the additional delivery costs. If the delivery cost is not acceptable, and you do not wish to proceed with your order, it can be cancelled without charge.
